Heading the kitchen staff at METRO Restaurant and Café is Lebanese chef Tony Rahme. With over 14 years experience at various high profile restaurants in Lebanon including El Dente, Albergo, PAUL to name but a few, Tony has definitely earned his merits for his culinary creativity.
