Located behind THE ONE in Jumeirah, Saladicious is a hidden culinary trove that offers more than just a gastronomic experience. With an exceptionally comfortable ambience, welcoming smiles and a menu that leaves you craving for your next visit, Saladicious specialises in freshly home-made selection of soups, salads and for dessert lovers, a selection of mouth-watering delights likely to leave their taste lingering after your departure from the outlet.

 


Contemporary decoration greets diners inside the artistic Saladicious restaurant. With its open dining area, Saladicious offers diners a cosy ambience where they can linger and enjoy a meal at their own leisure. Saladicious uses raw and natural décor to compliment its colourful modern touch. Adorned with square glass vases of fresh flowers, teak wooden tables are contrasted with transparent vinyl chairs that are spread around the outlet. Funky-modern orange lights drape low over a large centre table that fills the outlet. A casual seating area with gnome designed stools sit in one corner of the outlet and a mini bar area covers the other corner of Saladicious. Colourful pop arts ornate the cream walls and for book lovers a selection of books serve as a great reading pleasure while flavouring the cuisine. For the sun and breeze lovers Saladicious also has an outside seating area.

 

Tantalising recipes on the menu card are contributed to the precision of the chefs at Saladicious, who take special care in handpicking each ingredient to guarantee freshness of the product therefore the food. Venezuelan chefs combine the taste of South America to compliment flavours of the homemade recipes making Saladicious’ menu exotic.

 

 

 

 

 

Some of the Latin favourites include the ceviche originally from Peru and Ecuador and to satisfy a hungry appetite, the Saladicious menu includes tuna, beef and salmon carpaccio, the Italian bresaola, bruchettas and Saladicious’ signature salads; the delicious prawns with green salad and chicken salad. Although Saladicious prominently features soup and salads on their menu, the outlet boasts daily gourmet dishes including the tempting risottos, pasta and hammour dishes. A basket full of freshly baked bread is served with a combination of yummy homemade dips that comes in varieties including garlic butter, blue cheese and olive tapenad, as the steaming and sumptuous soups are freshly made to your craving. To give diners variety, Saladicious’ set menu compliments the a la carte menu, offering a fresh buffet of salad, a steaming bowlful of soup and a choice of the main dish, Saladicious serves a well balanced satisfying and tasty meal. Saladicious also serves a menu for kids and will soon introduce a breakfast menu and a special selected menu for diabetics.

As diners step into Saladicious, they are welcomed by a Saladicious staff before they are lead to their tables to be served.
